Using our website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as learning about our services and requesting a quote. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Lawn care advice on this website is not a substitute for an assessment of your specific property.
Quotes
Free quotes are based on the information you provide and on lawn measurements estimated from aerial or satellite imagery. If the actual treatable area or property conditions differ significantly from the estimate, we may adjust the quote and will let you know before any additional work is done.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Promotional and referral offers are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Service area
Some areas are served by arrangement. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that we can provide service at your address. We will confirm availability before your service begins.
Scheduling and services
Seasonal treatments are scheduled in advance, and we will notify you before each visit. Treatment timing depends on weather, ground conditions, product label requirements and local regulations, so visits may be rescheduled when conditions are not suitable.
For routine treatments, you do not need to be home as long as we can safely access the treatment areas. Please unlock gates, secure pets and remove obstacles such as toys and furniture before your scheduled visit. If we cannot safely access your lawn, we may need to reschedule the visit.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the post-treatment instructions in your service notice or report, including any recommended time to keep people and pets off treated areas.
- Follow the mowing and watering guidance we provide, as results depend partly on lawn care between visits.
- Tell us about underground irrigation, sensitive plants, ponds, wells, beehives or other features we should know about.
- Keep your contact details and property access information up to date.
Results and service guarantee
Lawns are living systems, and results depend on weather, soil, existing lawn condition, watering, mowing and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.
If weeds treated during a service are not adequately controlled, contact us and we will return to assess the results and, when needed, provide a follow-up application at no additional cost, subject to our service guarantee. Details of the guarantee are confirmed in your quote or service agreement.
Payments and cancellations
Prices, payment terms and billing schedules are set out in your quote or service agreement. Invoices and payments are managed through our client portal. You may cancel upcoming services by contacting us before the scheduled visit. Services already completed remain payable.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photos and the Doggiestone brochure, belongs to Doggiestone or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
Our website uses third-party services, such as Google Maps and our client portal provider, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Doggiestone is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
